It's a skill to know what to say to people, to get the best from them, to be able to tune into their energy and understand what they are seeking to express. It's a wonderful gift to share that skill with others - to understand who they are being and to have the fullest picture of what they are communicating. This October, during my visit to Melbourne, I got to appreciate the work that my friend Karen is doing with autistic children. I'm thrilled by her dedication to assist these children in whatever way she can. And I'm delighted to work with her in developing her skills and abilities around this. For I know that by consciously exploring the realm of communication together, we gain insight into how we can collectively communicate, in ways that we are as yet unable to fully appreciate.
